PURPOSE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms govern bookings of rooms offered by Pensi\u00f3n Rench Playa through its official website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Making a booking implies express acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. BOOKING PROCESS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bookings are made through the booking system integrated into the website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the process is completed and payment confirmed, the customer will receive a booking confirmation email containing the essential details of the contract.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The booking will be considered confirmed only once the establishment has successfully received the corresponding payment and confirmation has been sent to the customer.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. PRICES<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices published on the website are in euros (\u20ac) and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices may change at any time, although changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. PAYMENT METHOD<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total booking amount must be paid when booking, by bank card through the secure Stripe payment platform.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The booking will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully authorised.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. SECURITY DEPOSIT<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure proper use of the premises, the establishment will request a <strong>\u20ac50 security deposit<\/strong>, which will be charged together with the booking.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deposit will be refunded on the day of check-out, once it has been verified that:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is no damage to the room or premises.<\/li>\n<li>The accommodation rules have not been breached.<\/li>\n<li>No furniture or equipment is missing.<\/li>\n<li>No exceptional cleaning has been necessary as a result of improper use.<\/li>\n<li>There has been no smoking inside the establishment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If damage or breaches are identified, the establishment may retain all or part of the deposit to cover the costs incurred, informing the customer beforehand.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may cancel their booking under the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free cancellation up to <strong>7 days before<\/strong> the scheduled arrival date.<\/li>\n<li>Between <strong>7 days and 3 days before<\/strong> check-in, <strong>50% of the amount paid will be refunded<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made less than <strong>3 days in advance<\/strong>, and failure to arrive (no-show), will not entitle the customer to a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the booking.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. BOOKING AMENDMENTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes of dates are subject to availability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may request a change of dates by contacting the establishment before the scheduled arrival date.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INALKO C.B. reserves the right to accept or reject the amendment according to existing occupancy.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check-in is from <strong>14:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check-out is before <strong>11:00<\/strong> on the last day of the stay.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arrivals or departures outside the established times require prior authorisation from the establishment.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. GUEST REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with applicable legislation, all guests must provide the documents needed to complete mandatory guest registration through the official <strong>SES.Hospedajes<\/strong> platform of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refusal to provide these documents may prevent the stay from being formalised.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. ACCOMMODATION RULES<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the following rules must be respected:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the establishment.<\/li>\n<li>Parties and events are not permitted.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are not allowed.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum age to make a booking is 18, except for minors accompanied by their parents or legal representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Quiet hours must be respected between <strong>00:00 and 09:00<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Rooms must be used in accordance with their maximum authorised capacity.<\/li>\n<li>People other than those registered in the booking may not stay without express authorisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a right to a refund.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. USE OF THE HOT TUB<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hot tub is a free facility exclusively for staying guests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It must be used responsibly and in accordance with hygiene, safety and shared-use rules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The establishment may temporarily restrict its use for maintenance, cleaning or technical reasons, without giving rise to a right to financial compensation.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. USE OF COMMUNAL AREAS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests may use communal areas while respecting the facilities and other users.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The kitchenette area has a microwave, air fryer and self-service coffee machine. Follow the instructions provided and leave the area clean after use.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. CUSTOMER LIABILITY<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are liable for any damage caused by negligent or improper use of the establishment\u2019s premises, furniture or equipment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are also liable for damage caused by people accompanying them during the stay.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15. PERSONAL BELONGINGS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INALKO C.B. accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, damage or leaving behind of personal belongings within the establishment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of the safe available in rooms is recommended where applicable.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>16. RIGHT OF ADMISSION<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The establishment may refuse access or require anyone to leave the premises whose behaviour disrupts other guests, breaches these terms or endangers the safety of other guests or staff.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>17. DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data provided during booking will be processed in accordance with the website\u2019s Privacy Policy and solely for the proper management of the booking, compliance with legal obligations and provision of the services contracted.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>18. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms shall be governed by Spanish law.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer legislation.
